Concept Production Innovation of the Year - this is for our Sensory doorset for dementia care which has been developed in partnership with Richard Mazuch and his team of healthcare design experts at IBI Group Architects.  Kingsway Group are promoters of care pathway specific solutions as identified in the NHS Transforming Care Agenda the Sensory doorset has unique benefits for the Dementia Care sector underpinned by evidence based design.

Product Innovation of the Year - this is for the Switch anti-barricade system which is a completely new approach to how to open a door in a barricade situation.  The patent pending engineering of the Switch hinge allows staff to stand in the safe barricade 'green-zone' on the hinge side of the door to reduce the risk of staff injury and also provide a less instutional looking door with a stand frame construction and reduced components.  Find out more about the Switch anti-barricade doorset here.
